We are currently sourcing candidates for a prestigious Dutch Speaking Customer Experts for Automotive Company position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and general support to automotive customers via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist vehicle owners with inquiries regarding vehicle performance, maintenance scheduling, and brand-specific features.
• Manage customer service lifecycle events while maintaining the premium standards expected within the automotive industry.
• Troubleshoot basic automotive-related queries and escalate complex technical issues to the relevant department.
• Represent a global automotive leader with professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores in every interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and improve the overall owner experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM systems to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.
• A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
