Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.
• Ability to adapt to a remote work environment while based in Greece.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
