Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Norwegian Speaking Zalando Customer Expert position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service within the online retail sector, resolving inquiries regarding fashion orders and shipments.
• Manage diverse customer communications via phone, email, and chat to ensure high satisfaction rates.
• Assist clients with product information, order tracking, and returns policies typical of the retail industry.
• Maintain deep knowledge of platform updates and seasonal retail trends to provide accurate assistance.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless service delivery across different time zones.
• Utilize internal CRM systems to accurately document customer interactions and retail performance metrics.
• Contribute to a positive brand image by representing Zalando’s values in every interaction.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong interest in the retail industry and e-commerce trends.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in English to facilitate communication within our multinational team.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work setting while residing in Greece.
