Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for customers navigating complex logistics and supply chain delivery services.
• Coordinate between regional distribution centers and end-users to resolve delivery inquiries effectively.
• Monitor shipment tracking systems to ensure accurate data flow and proactive service updates.
• Maintain professional communication standards while addressing logistics-related challenges in Norwegian.
• Collaborate with internal Logistics & Supply Chain teams to optimize delivery protocols and customer satisfaction.
• Manage high-volume inquiries regarding global shipping standards, customs clearance, and local transit.
• Ensure that all service level agreements within the supply chain network are met or exceeded.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Demonstrated interest or experience in the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to manage fast-paced delivery service environments.
• Excellent digital literacy and ability to master specialized logistics tracking software.
