Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound booking inquiries for a leading international travel platform within the tourism industry.
• Providing professional support to Dutch-speaking travelers regarding their flight, hotel, and excursion arrangements.
• Assisting customers with modifications to existing reservations, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
• Identifying upselling opportunities to enhance customer vacation itineraries.
• Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in our reservation database.
• Resolving complex travel-related issues with empathy and efficiency, upholding brand standards.
• Collaborating with global teams to ensure the highest level of service in one of the premier Dutch-speaking jobs in Greece.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or the tourism sector is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for assisting travelers.
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems comfortably while maintaining a remote professional presence.
