Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Dutch-speaking users regarding their car-sharing travel experiences.
• Assist travelers with account management, booking inquiries, and vehicle access troubleshooting.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor to ensure customer satisfaction within the travel sector.
• Manage incoming requests via phone, email, and live chat with efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex booking issues for travelers.
• Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the premium service standards of our travel-industry partner.
• Handle real-time travel logistics and urgent inquiries for road-trippers and city commuters.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is required for this Dutch Speaking Customer Expert for Car Sharing position in Greece.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills and a passion for the travel and mobility industry.
• Ability to navigate digital platforms and resolve technical queries effectively.
