Candidate Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to a 3-shift rotation (morning, afternoon, and night).
• Must be an EU passport holder. (ID cards are not accepted)
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a genuine eagerness to grow.
• Fluent verbal proficiency in the Dutch language.
• Strong sense of duty toward teammates and a diligent approach to work.
• Working knowledge of English for daily communications.
