Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and general assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.

• Efficiently resolve customer inquiries while adhering to internal service level agreements and quality standards.
• Document all interactions accurately within the internal CRM systems to ensure historical continuity of support.
• Work in rotating shifts to provide comprehensive coverage in a fast-paced, international support environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution for the end user.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and internal service policies to ensure accurate information delivery.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch
• Good English skills (B2/C1)
• Previous experience in customer or technical support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to complete background screening
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
