We are seeking a motivated professional for an Estonian Speaking Junior AML & Onboarding Specialist position in Poland, specifically within the dynamic FinTech industry. Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive customer onboarding procedures while maintaining strict compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations within the FinTech sector.
• Analyze complex documentation and perform thorough risk assessments for Estonian-speaking clients.
• Monitor and investigate suspicious transactions to ensure the security and integrity of the financial ecosystem.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that meets high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate closely with internal FinTech compliance teams to update internal risk databases and operational protocols.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interaction and compliance activity in line with international financial data privacy laws.
• Provide reporting and insights on onboarding metrics to improve current workflows and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluency in Estonian
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail, essential for compliance roles in the FinTech industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model within the Krakow office.
