Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to prospective legal sector clients.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team by clearly articulating the value of our legal services products.
• Develop a deep understanding of our legal tech solutions to effectively address client needs.
• Manage and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of all sales activities.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointment generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales messaging and lead qualification processes.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while navigating the competitive landscape of Finnish-speaking jobs.

Requirements

• Native Finnish speaker
• Fluent English (B2)
• 6-12 months experience in outbound meeting booking
• Professional demeanor and strong verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment
