Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding travel bookings and services.
• Assist customers with complex travel service questions to ensure a seamless holiday experience.
• Provide support regarding payment processing and verification for travel-related transactions.
• Resolve technical queries related to user accounts or online travel portals.
• Maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction within the travel sector.
• Perform accurate data entry and update customer information in internal systems.
• Engage with travelers to resolve issues promptly, maintaining the brand's premium reputation.

Requirements

• Native level Icelandic
• Fluent English (B2)
• EU passport
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
• Previous experience in a customer-facing travel role is considered an asset.
