Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer lifecycle, acting as the primary point of contact from onboarding to renewal.
• Execute targeted sales strategies for cloud technology solutions to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Conduct deep-dive assessments to identify specific customer needs and pain points within the IT industry.
• Lead high-stakes sales negotiations and manage contract lifecycle processes.
• Maintain precise data integrity by utilizing modern CRM tools to track sales activity and customer health.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide expert product consultation to Finnish-speaking clients, ensuring they leverage the full potential of their software investments.

Requirements

• Native level Finnish
• Fluent English (B2)
• 1 year experience in sales or account management
• 1 year IT industry experience
• EU passport
