We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Swedish Speaking IT Support Agent position in Portugal. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality technical support via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide clear, actionable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Guide users through product features and configurations, maintaining a professional and service-oriented demeanor.
• Document all customer interactions accurately within the support database to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical tickets in line with industry best practices.
• Maintain deep knowledge of supported products to provide efficient, accurate, and helpful information.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative environment within the Customer Support Services department.

Requirements

• Native level Swedish
• Fluent English (B2)
• EU passport
• Computer handling skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities suited for the Customer Support Services industry.
