• Ensure the absolute stability, performance, and security of production environments serving global gaming audiences.
• Act as the primary technical advisor to the executive board, translating complex technical roadmaps into actionable business goals.
• Lead and mentor diverse engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate emerging technologies into our core gaming infrastructure.

Requirements

• Native or fluent English (spoken and written)
• Proven experience as a CTO in an online company
• Experience in solution and software architecture
• Experience in managing high-volume web systems
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Availability for frequent travel to Kyiv
