Job Overview

We are currently seeking an analytical professional to join our client as a Payment Optimisation Manager in Malta. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain internal and external payment systems to ensure seamless FinTech transaction flows.
• Oversee the successful onboarding and integration of new global payment service providers.
• Monitor and enhance platform performance, identifying trends and opportunities for payment efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex payment issues, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical development teams and high-value clients.
• Maintain availability outside of regular business hours to address urgent payment-related escalations.
• Report on payment success rates and suggest data-driven improvements to stakeholders.

Requirements

• English C1/C2
• 1 year experience with Payment Products and/or Optimisation
• EU passport
• Work permit for Malta
• MS Excel proficiency
• Native or fluent English (spoken and written)
