• Proactively resolve account queries and technical issues to ensure a seamless gaming experience.

• Ensure all VIP interactions comply with industry regulations and responsible gaming standards.
• Maintain flexibility to support the business, including occasional out-of-hours coverage for VIP client needs.

Requirements

• French native
• English B2
• 6 months experience in customer service or account management
• EU passport
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Proven ability to negotiate and build rapport with high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong understanding of the online casino environment and VIP player expectations.
