We are currently recruiting for an exciting Dutch Speaking Quality Analyst position in Portugal within the vibrant Customer Support Services industry. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor agent performance within Customer Support Services against established KPIs to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Conduct rigorous audits of customer interactions to identify trends, strengths, and areas for professional development.
• Define and lead improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience across all service channels.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to propose data-driven solutions for persistent service challenges.
• Analyze performance metrics and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights to management.
• Support and develop team members to ensure alignment with organizational quality benchmarks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assessments and improvement project progress.

Requirements

• Dutch level B2/C1
• English level B1
• 2-4 years of experience as a team leader or quality analyst
• EU passport
• Analytical and interpretation skills
• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
