Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional surveys to gather feedback and improve service standards.
• Execute administrative tasks and data management within the SAP software system.
• Ensure all interactions meet the high service-level expectations of our clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate issues as required.

Requirements

• Native level French
• Fluent English (B2)
• Basic computer skills
• Problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills
