• Document all resolutions and interactions accurately within the internal ticketing system.
• Provide expert monetization support to platform creators and stakeholders.
• Manage copyright policy enforcement and maintain platform integrity.

• Maintain high quality standards in a fast-paced Customer Support Services environment.

Requirements

• Native level French
• Fluent English
• At least 12 months customer support experience in a contact center
• Knowledge of BPO KPIs like C-SAT and NPS
• Computer literacy
