Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound phone-based communications to promote new products and services to existing customers.
• Maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls to reach and exceed sales targets.
• Build and sustain strong, long-term interpersonal relationships with a dedicated customer base.
• Provide comprehensive information regarding promotional campaigns and brand updates.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
• Utilize professional email correspondence to supplement sales outreach and follow-ups.
• Contribute to the overall success of the sales department by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

• Native German
• Fluent English (B2)
• Excellent communication skills
