Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and manage your assigned book of business.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new corporate clients.
• Educate clients on the latest digital media opportunities and advertising solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the client's advertising platform to solve complex business challenges.
• Translate client marketing objectives into actionable, high-performance advertising strategies.
• Consistently achieve and exceed coverage and revenue goals within the BPO framework.
• Provide ongoing analytical insights to ensure client satisfaction and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Native level German
• Fluent English (C1/B2)
• Work experience in digital media sales or account management
• Basic computer skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-paced BPO environment
