We are currently searching for a high-caliber professional to join our team in Malaga for a Flemish Speaking Customer Lifecycle Manager position in Spain. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end customer lifecycle strategies tailored to the software development industry.
• Identify specific business needs for advanced cloud technologies and software solutions.
• Negotiate success metrics and service agreements to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Maintain and nurture long-term professional relationships with key B2B and B2C stakeholders.
• Engage with clients through a multi-channel approach, including social media, digital platforms, video conferencing, and phone.
• Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in our software adoption and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and product integration.

Requirements

• EU passport
• Native level Flemish
• Fluent English
• 1 year experience in sales or account/customer management
• 1 year IT industry experience
