Job Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor position in Spain, based in the beautiful coastal city of Valencia. In this role, you will play a critical part in our Customer Support Services sector, providing high-quality assistance for a prestigious retail brand through phone, chat, and email channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support for a global retail brand across multiple communication channels including phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve complex product queries with precision, ensuring the highest standards within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Provide personalized assistance regarding custom photo products, ensuring customer satisfaction is at the forefront of every interaction.
• Participate in comprehensive professional training to master product knowledge and service protocols.
• Navigate and update internal database systems to ensure accurate documentation of customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with international team members to maintain high service quality benchmarks consistently.
• Support organizational goals by adhering to shift-based scheduling, including weekend requirements.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch
• Good French (minimum B1/B2)
• Basic PC and phone skills
• Service-minded
• Ability to work 1 weekend per month
