Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold and warm outbound calls to prospective customers for our leading energy sector client.
• Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convince prospects to switch energy providers.
• Manage the end-to-end contract signing process and ensure accurate setup of direct debit payments.
• Leverage internal databases to identify and generate new sales opportunities daily.
• Promote and upsell value-added services, including e-billing and boiler maintenance plans.
• Maintain detailed customer records and sales progress within the CRM system.
• Exercise independent decision-making to overcome objections and close sales effectively.

Requirements

• Native level Flemish
• Basic level English
• CRM systems experience
• Computer handling skills
• Persuasive communication skills
