Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial lead generation to the successful closing of deals.
• Conduct proactive prospecting efforts via cold calling, strategic emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Identify and qualify target companies to expand our reach within the competitive sales landscape.
• Secure high-level meetings with key decision-makers to present value-driven solutions.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent performance and growth.
• Manage a personal portfolio of clients, fostering long-term professional relationships.
• Meet and exceed set targets for weekly and monthly closed deals to drive business success.
• Perform daily operational tasks including booking and facilitating effective sales meetings.

Requirements

• Native level Dutch
• Fluent English (B2)
• 1-2 years of outbound B2B sales experience
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a target-driven sales industry
