We are currently looking for a high-performing professional to join our team in a challenging and rewarding Italian Speaking Sales Agent position in Cyprus. This role focuses on driving growth within the advertising industry by securing inflight advertising campaigns through strategic outreach and expert B2B negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and qualify business leads to identify potential partners for inflight advertising campaigns.
• Execute high-volume outbound calling, video conferencing, and professional emailing to engage key decision-makers.
• Develop bespoke media solutions tailored to the specific needs of diverse B2B clients in the advertising sector.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and client interactions to provide accurate reporting to management.
• Stay abreast of trends in the advertising industry to provide competitive and persuasive pitches.
• Collaborate with international teams to foster a high-performance sales culture within the office.

Requirements

• Native level Italian
• Fluent English (B2)
• Proven Media Sales experience
• European passport
• Track record of high volume B2B sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills suited for an advertising environment
