Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve third-party payment card fraud disputes to minimize financial losses.

• Stay updated on complex card scheme rules and evolving merchant agreements.
• Manage professional customer communications regarding sensitive financial disputes.

Requirements

• Fluent Norwegian (C1)
• Fluent English (B2)
• Experience handling customer applications
