Key Responsibilities

• Execute merchant onboarding processes in strict accordance with internal FinTech compliance standards.
• Conduct thorough risk and AML assessments to identify potential financial threats.
• Ensure rigorous KYC (Know Your Customer) and ongoing due diligence compliance for all client portfolios.
• Manage professional communication with customers regarding application status via phone or email.
• Perform various administrative tasks related to account maintenance and documentation.
• Actively participate in internal product meetings to refine onboarding workflows.
• Collaborate with international teams to support one of the most exciting Estonian-speaking jobs available in the region today.
