We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Latvian Speaking Junior AML & Onboarding Specialist position in Poland within the fast-paced FinTech sector. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) screenings to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Performing comprehensive risk assessments on new business merchant applications.
• Managing the end-to-end onboarding process to guarantee a smooth and professional introduction for new clients.
• Maintaining ongoing due diligence on existing accounts to detect and report suspicious activity.
• Communicating complex financial and regulatory requirements clearly and professionally to Latvian-speaking clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve onboarding bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency in the FinTech space.
• Ensuring all documentation is accurately processed and stored in accordance with internal policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• Latvian fluency (minimum C1)
• English fluency (B2)
• Administrative experience
• Computer skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid office environment in Krakow, Poland.
