We are currently seeking a meticulous professional for a German Speaking Junior AML & Onboarding Specialist position in Poland, specifically within the dynamic FinTech sector. Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding processes for our FinTech clients.
• Perform comprehensive KYC (Know Your Customer) controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct rigorous risk assessments on new and existing customer accounts.
• Maintain ongoing due diligence through systematic monitoring and review.
• Communicate professionally with international clients and internal stakeholders in both German and English.
• Maintain high-quality documentation standards in line with financial regulations.
• Execute administrative tasks related to account verification and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1)
• Fluent English (B2)
• Experience handling customer applications and administrative tasks
• Result-oriented and service-minded
• Ability to think analytically and detect risks
