Job Overview

We are currently looking for a motivated professional to fill the German Speaking Payment Customer Support Advisor position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to B2B merchants regarding complex payment terminal inquiries.
• Manage the end-to-end processing of transaction refunds and financial adjustments with high accuracy.
• Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new FinTech clients into the payment ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations during all client interactions.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports within the company’s internal payment processing systems.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to resolve payment gateway performance issues.
• Maintain a high standard of service quality while adhering to fixed Monday to Friday shifts.

Requirements

• EU passport
• Native or near-native German (C2)
• English C1 level
• Strong PC skills
• Analytical mindset
