Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to potential Norwegian clients to drive engagement.
• Promote advanced solar panel installation solutions to the Norwegian market.
• Manage a daily outreach target of approximately 80 calls to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Participate in intensive, ongoing product training throughout the first month to master sales techniques.
• Engage with prospective clients to secure high-quality meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions within the company CRM system.
• Contribute to a high-performance sales environment by meeting daily and weekly key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Native Norwegian proficiency
• Fluent English (B2)
• Basic computer handling skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Communication skills
• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is considered an asset for this position.
