Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by securing new customer wins within the competitive software development sector.
• Take ownership of end-to-end cloud sales cycles, delivering value-driven solutions to enterprise clients.
• Proactively identify and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to expand the footprint of existing software accounts.
• Collaborate closely with internal sales teams and external channel partners to execute high-impact strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales pipelines and key performance indicators to ensure consistent target attainment.
• Leverage in-depth knowledge of technical architecture for productivity solutions to provide consultative support to clients.
• Utilize advanced professional negotiation skills to close complex software service agreements.

Requirements

• Native level Norwegian
• Fluent English (B2)
• 3-6 years of technology related sales experience
• Bachelor's degree
