We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for a Finnish Speaking Team Leader position in Cyprus. Key Responsibilities

• Co-lead a high-performing team of approximately 30 customer advisors within a bustling Customer Support Services environment.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and provide actionable feedback to ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct regular one-on-one sessions and team meetings to foster professional growth and team cohesion.
• Balance your time between leadership duties and hands-on customer advisor tasks, maintaining a 50/50 ratio to ensure deep operational understanding.
• Oversee the successful onboarding and integration of new employees into the customer support department.
• Assist with daily office operations and support staff regarding relocation and local adjustment matters.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex inquiries, ensuring a high level of service consistency for all Finnish-speaking clients.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written)
• European passport
• Fluent in Finnish and English (C1)
• 2–3 years of experience in a customer service environment
• Proven leadership skills
• Conflict resolution skills
