Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between client partners and the internal Ad Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and high-quality outcomes within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Coordinate the end-to-end execution of campaign launches, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights that drive client success and business growth.
• Provide comprehensive support for Direct IO, Programmatic, and Self-Serve advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams to resolve operational challenges and optimize ad performance.

Requirements

• Proficient in French
• 3+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Ad Operations
• Experience with digital advertising
• Experience working with Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack
• EU passport
• Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
