We are currently seeking a dedicated professional for a Spanish Speaking Programmatic Specialist position in Poland, based in the vibrant city of Krakow. This role is an excellent opportunity for an expert in the advertising sector to manage technical workflows and optimize programmatic campaign delivery for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical support for complex programmatic advertising workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PMP and Programmatic Guaranteed deals.
• Validate technical configurations to ensure seamless campaign execution and precision.
• Coordinate across internal teams to align on advertising campaign strategy and operational requirements.
• Manage and track operational requests within a high-volume, Salesforce-based ticketing system.
• Analyze deal performance data to provide actionable technical insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the ongoing success of our client's advertising ecosystem through proactive issue resolution.

Requirements

• Proficient in Spanish
• 3–5 years experience in programmatic advertising
• Experience with ad quality tools
• Experience in ticket-based environments
• Understanding of RTB auction mechanics
• Strong analytical mindset suited for the advertising industry.
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Krakow, Poland.
