We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the French Speaking Sales Development Team Lead position in Spain to manage a team of SDRs and accelerate advertiser acquisition and pipeline growth. Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and daily mentorship to a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
• Drive advertiser acquisition strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets and sales pipeline growth.
• Develop and refine outreach methodologies to optimize lead qualification processes within the sales industry.
• Utilize advanced CRM and automation tools to monitor performance metrics and team productivity.
• Deliver data-driven insights and reports to senior management to improve sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on sales objectives and market expansion.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the team while ensuring a seamless hybrid working environment.

Requirements

• Proficient in French
• 3+ years in Sales Development
• 2+ years in team leadership
• Expertise in CRM tools
• EU passport
• Native or fluent French (spoken and written)
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
