We are currently seeking an experienced professional for the Finnish Speaking Senior Customer Support Agent position in Portugal, based in the vibrant city of Lisbon. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert-level support for B2C and B2B inquiries via phone, email, and chat for a major video streaming platform.
• Provide comprehensive technical support to resolve user-end connectivity or service issues.
• Manage and enforce corporate policy and copyright guidelines to ensure platform integrity.
• Assist content creators and business clients with complex monetization queries.
• Maintain high service standards in line with industry-specific KPIs within the customer support services sector.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication workflows and enhance the overall user experience.
• Proactively troubleshoot platform-related challenges to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Native Finnish
• Fluent English (B2)
• 12 months contact center experience
• Knowledge of BPO KPIs
• Proven ability in technical troubleshooting and complex issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills tailored for professional customer support services environments.
