We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for a Swedish Speaking Operations Manager position in Latvia. • Analyze operational data to provide strategic insights and drive efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high standards of client satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage resource allocation to ensure balanced workloads and consistent output across the department.

Requirements

• EU passport
• Operations management experience
• B2/C1 Swedish
• B1 English
• Leadership skills
• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
