Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer support specialists to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

• Conduct regular operational reviews and provide constructive feedback to agents to ensure service excellence.
• Manage day-to-day team operations, ensuring all workflows align with company objectives and quality assurance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize customer support processes and resolve complex escalations.
• Foster a positive team culture that encourages professional growth and high-performance output.

Requirements

• Swedish B2/C1 level
• English B1 level
• EU passport
• 2-4 years experience as team leader or quality analyst
• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills suitable for the Customer Support Services industry.
