• Provide technical and account-related assistance to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Adhere to all BPO operational protocols, ensuring data privacy and security compliance at all times.

Requirements

• C2 level of French
• B2 level of Spanish
• Previous customer service experience
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer success.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced outsourcing environment in Barcelona.
