We are currently seeking an ambitious professional for a French Speaking Sales Representative position in Spain, specifically within a leading BPO environment. Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by proactively converting qualified leads into long-term digital marketing and advertising customers.
• Manage and cultivate a professional client portfolio, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention within the outsourcing industry.
• Execute strategic sales outreach tailored to the unique requirements of the French market.
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and refine sales pitches for maximum impact.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional BPO service standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales progress within the company CRM system.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• C2 level of French and C1 level of English
• 16 months of sales experience
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• CRM experience
• Deep understanding of the French market
• Proven track record of target-oriented performance
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on professional relationship building
