We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for a Spanish Speaking Account Manager position in Spain within the fast-paced Digital Marketing sector. Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients by effectively communicating the value of our suite of digital marketing solutions.
• Execute outbound calls to engage potential clients and promote our industry-leading services.
• Provide expert guidance to clients for the successful setup and optimization of their PPC campaigns.
• Identify and cultivate upsell opportunities within your existing client portfolio to maximize marketing ROI.
• Maintain detailed client records and track all engagement metrics within our advanced CRM systems.
• Build and nurture long-term, high-value professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Monitor digital marketing trends to provide strategic advice that drives client growth and campaign performance.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• C2 level of Spanish
• C1 level of English
• 12 months of experience in sales and/or marketing
• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
