Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Provide expert account assistance, including SIM activation and roaming troubleshooting for telecommunications users.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing service-related queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of customer interactions within our internal systems.
• Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues effectively in a fast-paced Customer Support Services environment.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product specifications and service protocols.
• Commit to the operational standards required for one of the leading jobs in Bulgaria.

Requirements

• Swedish B2 level
• English B2 level
• Undergraduate or equivalent education
• Strong communication skills
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
