Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related inquiries within the IT industry context.
• Maintain detailed case documentation in the company’s internal support systems.
• Adhere to a consistent Monday-Friday work schedule while meeting service level targets.
• Collaborate with international team members to share technical insights and best practices.
• Represent the company professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and system security.

Requirements

• Very good Portuguese
• Good English
• Basic technical knowledge
• Multitasking ability
• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
