Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, professional non-voice support via email to players of popular mobile multiplayer titles.
• Expertly handle complex player inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Educate our gaming community on effective troubleshooting methods to enhance their user experience.
• Analyze recurring player issues and suggest improvements to streamline internal support processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate technical bugs or account-related concerns.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with internal departments to advocate for the needs of our Russian-speaking player base.
• Adhere to structured service delivery timelines during operational hours between 08:00 and 21:00.
