Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, end-to-end technical support for corporate clients utilizing sophisticated data backup and recovery software.
• Resolve complex technical inquiries and performance issues via ticketing systems, professional email correspondence, and telephone support.
• Investigate, document, and develop effective workarounds for reported software malfunctions and system configurations.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on emerging product features and updates within the Information Technology (IT) landscape.
• Perform rigorous testing of new software releases to ensure stability and compatibility within enterprise environments.
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction by providing clear, accurate, and professional technical guidance in Spanish.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to escalate and track high-priority technical incidents through to resolution.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Problem-solving skills
• Fundamental knowledge of storage technologies
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to multitask
• Previous experience in an Information Technology (IT) support environment is highly preferred.
