Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to partner queries with efficiency and high professional standards within the outsourcing industry.
• Maintain a consistently polished company image through all professional email interactions.
• Ensure all tasks are prioritized effectively to meet strict service level agreements (SLAs) in a fast-paced BPO setting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other internal teams to resolve complex administrative and operational issues.
• Update and manage accurate data records within the internal company systems.
• Proactively identify process improvements to enhance the quality of back-office support.
• Contribute to the success of Portuguese-speaking jobs by delivering high-quality linguistic and administrative support.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written)
• Portuguese B1 level
• English A2 level
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Valid EU passport (mandatory)
• Proven ability to manage administrative tasks in an outsourcing context
