We are currently seeking a passionate individual for our Russian Speaking Gaming Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to players of popular multi-player mobile games via email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and connectivity problems to ensure a seamless gaming experience.
• Educate players on game mechanics, account settings, and updates within the Gaming & Esports environment.
• Identify recurring user needs and pain points to contribute to ongoing process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of player interactions in our internal CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical concerns effectively.
• Participate in regular shifts between 08:00 and 21:00 to ensure constant player support coverage.

• Excellent verbal and written Russian
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Interest in mobile video games
• Customer service skills
• Troubleshooting ability
• Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach to gaming support.
