Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial job requisition to final candidate placement.
• Proactively source high-quality candidates through various channels to meet staffing requirements.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to ensure top-tier talent selection.
• Collaborate closely with internal hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future roles within the recruitment & staffing sector.
• Ensure an exemplary candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency for English-speaking jobs.

Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills
• Native or fluent English (spoken and written)
• Professional background within the Recruitment & Staffing industry
